- All forms can be found on the Youth Exchange database, Click on HELP, then DOCUMENTS AND LINKS. The forms are updated periodically and by going to that website for them, we can be sure we are using the most recent forms.
- Guarantee Form (page 2, fillable) This is for your convenience to fill it out on your computer.
- HF 6 and HF7 forms are included in the Orientation for Host Families located in Information for Clubs.
